When friends ask us where to stay in Beer, we point them here. Sea Holly House is our modern coastal home, set just above the village with wide views out to sea, and designed for families and groups to spend proper time together.
The main house sleeps 10, and the private Hideaway annexe sleeps 2. Book them together and up to 12 of you can stay side by side, with space to gather and room to get away. It’s a lovely option for multi-generation holidays and celebrations.
Beer beach is an easy 10-minute walk away, and Lyme Regis and the rest of the Jurassic Coast are an easy drive.

Make a special night of it without leaving the house. In collaboration with Steamers, one of Beer’s favourite restaurants, we can arrange a private chef and waitress to cook and serve dinner at Sea Holly House for up to 12 guests.

Yes. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms in the main house have a bath and a separate walk-in shower, and all the others have walk-in showers.
Yes. An early check-in or late check-out can be added for a small fee, depending on availability.
You pay a 25% deposit to book, which is refundable up to 60 days before check-in. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in.
No. Direct bookings don’t require a security deposit, and every stay includes complimentary damage waiver insurance. This excludes malicious damage.
Beer beach and the village are about a 10-minute walk from the house.
